At Ridgewell Commerce Inc., we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, costs, and other important information related to the delivery of products purchased from our website at fashionoze.shop.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or international addresses. If you are located outside our shipping area, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

3.1 Standard Shipping (Small Items & Decor)

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days from the date of shipment
  • Cost: $9.99 for orders under $500; FREE for orders over $500
  • Carrier: UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on package size and destination
  • Tracking: Tracking information provided via email once shipped

3.2 White Glove Delivery (Large Furniture)

  • Delivery Time: 2-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation
  • Cost: $149 per delivery; FREE for orders over $2,000
  • Service Includes: Room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, basic assembly (if applicable), and removal of packaging materials
  • Scheduling: Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window
  • Delivery Window: 4-hour delivery window on the scheduled date

3.3 Expedited Shipping (Select Items)

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days from the date of shipment
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination
  • Availability: Available for select in-stock items only (not available for large furniture)

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Order total (free shipping thresholds apply)
  • Item size and weight
  • Shipping method selected
  • Delivery destination

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $500.
Free White Glove Delivery: Available on all orders over $2,000.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. For White Glove deliveries, our delivery partner will provide updates on your scheduled delivery date and time window.

7. Delivery Instructions

For White Glove deliveries, please ensure the following:

  • An adult (18+) must be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment
  • Clear a path from the entrance to the room where the furniture will be placed
  • Measure doorways, hallways, and staircases to ensure the furniture can be delivered to the desired room
  • Remove any obstacles that may impede delivery
  • Inform us of any access restrictions (e.g., elevator availability, building regulations, narrow staircases)

If the delivery team is unable to deliver due to access issues not disclosed at the time of ordering, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend that you inspect all items upon delivery. For White Glove deliveries, please inspect the furniture before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or defects:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photographs of the damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the shipment, the carrier will typically make up to two additional delivery attempts. After three failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and you may be responsible for redelivery charges.

10. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Customs delays (for items sourced internationally)
  • High order volumes during peak seasons

We will notify you of any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates. Ridgewell Commerce Inc. is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from shipping delays.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement or full refund.

12. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international delivery in the future. Please check back for updates or contact us for special arrangements.
