1. Overview

We understand that buying furniture online can be a significant decision, and we stand behind the quality of every piece in our collection. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange products purchased from our website at fashionoze.shop.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from our Site within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- The item must not show signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- The item must be disassembled (if applicable) and securely repackaged for safe transit
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Items that have been assembled and show signs of use
- Mattresses that have been opened from their sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
- Gift cards and promotional items
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call +61 468 264 650 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns: For returns due to change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For large furniture items, return shipping costs may be significant and will be deducted from your refund. We will provide an estimate of return shipping costs before you proceed.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Partial Refunds: Items returned with minor signs of use or missing packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
- Rejected Returns: If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include returning the item to you at your expense.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as initiating a return. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
- Photographs of the packaging (if the damage occurred during shipping)
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or repair if the damage is minor and you prefer to keep the item.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
10. Warranty Claims
Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified on the product page.
